Parasite through Google index

Recently I have seen some people exploiting some sites in some way to publish a single article with a button that directs to a CPA landing page and tops the search results. I want a summary or idea for publishing such a page and how do I bring sites that I can upload on in a parasitic way? Please help.

Well the idea is to search for game hacks and other popular keywords cpa related in google search and identify these parasites and then figure out how to post your article with link or button on them to take advantage.

those sites seems to be hacked from within some CMS or HTML editor or php loop-hole in some CMS.
