[PAID JOB] Custom Instagram Bot

In need of a bot which does the following:

Automatically creates Instagram accounts (with profile pics and bio set up at random)
Makes the created accounts follow specific accounts.

Basically, this software or script needs to be able to:

a) Mass-create accounts with this bot(Accounts must have random profile pic and bio).
b) Make these new accounts follow user-defined accounts.
c) Make these accounts like a specific picture.
d) Be able to specify the amount of followers to be sent to a specific account.

Needs a captcha bypass if necessary.

I understand that accounts can only be created through an iPhone or Android device. You are to find a solution and make it possible to mass-create accounts via this bot.

Needs to be easy to use.
