Nothing else to add to this. PerfectYes, those are pretty much the only places you need to have your exact keyword into.
Page title: include the main keyword. Maybe as much to the left as possible. But dont force it, make it natural. The title is for the user first.
URL slug: make it as short as possible, maybe just the 3-4 words of the keyword.
Focus keyword by Yoast plugin: this literally does not matter since it won't appear on the page. But it can help you track how many times you have your kw in your text. HOWEVER, dont use this too see if you have it enough times, but rather to see if you have it too many times! Once in the first paragraph and then once every 1000 words is more than enough, even though yoast will tell you otherwise.
Meta description: you can put your kw there too, but it won't have an effect on SEO. However, if your kw is there, it will get highlighted in bold if an user searches for it in google. This helps with CTR. Again make it natural. Meta description is only for the users nowadays.
Another recommended place to put your keyword is just once on the first paragraph.
In the rest of the test, unless you need to use it naturally, stick to LSI kws (google it if you are not familiar with them)
