Outsourcing Massplanner for Instagram

Hey guys,

I'm looking to outsource all my MassPlanner and Instagram management to a small remote team. I'm currently posting a job on Upwork for a project manager, and then will also post one for someone who can scrape content from Pinterest and upload to a drive folder. The project manager will then upload posts, set up new Massplanner accounts. I will just ensure a supply of proxies, smooth communication and overall management.

I'd love to hear if anyone has any tips/stories/suggestions for the smooth running of this. Does it work for others or is it prone to problems?

But if you then best is to go with someone from Upwork and set a fix pay.
