Optimize ads

According to Facebook knowledge, test 3-5 ads within 7 days to evaluate the best effectiveness.

Firstly, Review Your Schedule and Budget
If your budget is set too low or the ad is scheduled for just one day, the system may initially prioritize strong distribution but then increase costs as competition rises. Try running your ad for at least 3-5 days to give the algorithm time to learn and optimize effectively.
Secondly, Avoid Constantly Turning Your Ad On/Off
Turning your ad off after the first day and then turning it back on can make the system treat it as a new campaign, forcing it to start learning from scratch, which may result in higher costs. Instead of toggling it on/off, consider gradually reducing your budget if you notice high costs to keep performance stable.

You can take screenshots of your ad metrics over 2 days to see where the problem lies, whether it's the content, targeting, budget, etc.

Are you aware meta use machine learning to better target your ads? So, run it for 7 days atleast.

I run ads for only 1 day cheap then expensive the next day. Does anyone have any advice to help me improve!?
meta distribution by bid. The product you are running seems to have quite a lot of competition. Every working day will be different so when the bid is cheap take full advantage. You can split your ad with different interfaces so that the ad will have the opportunity to have many ads receive low bids.

Ads are delivered to a different audience. To optimize costs, you need to consider the following: advertising budget, advertising content and images, detailed targeting

Try testing a more consistent ad strategy with gradual increases in budget. Abrupt shifts from cheap to expensive might confuse your audience and impact performance.

Create a campaign and create more groups. Keep the group budget moderate. That can help you improve

That will usually happen, because the market has something called average price, the price you run, no matter how expensive or cheap it is, will still return to the market price.

Meta updates your audience files daily, you will need to add new ad sets and new creative content daily to keep up with the algorithm and minimize crowding your audience into one expensive ad

You can create 3 ad campaigns and see which one is effective, increase the budget, and turn off the other 2 ads.

Your content and ads need at least 3 days to evaluate whether they are actually effective.
