I run ads for only 1 day cheap then expensive the next day. Does anyone have any advice to help me improve!?

Every day, Meta will deliver your ads to a specific audience group. You should evaluate over 5-7 days to get a more comprehensive view of your campaign.

1. Duplicate & Test Ad Sets
Try running multiple ad sets with different audiences and creatives.
Meta will distribute budget to the best-performing ones.
2. Check for Audience Saturation
If your audience is small, the cost can increase fast. Expand or refresh your targeting

You should do these 3 things at the same time:
1. Just modify your creatives. Make some changes.
2. Wait to see if it can deliver better.
3. Create and test new ads in the meantime.

Thanks I will try

1. Review your schedule and budget
If you set your budget too low or set your ad to run for only one day, the system may prioritize strong distribution at first, but then increase the price as competition increases.

Try running your ad for at least 3-5 days to give the algorithm time to learn and optimize.

2. Don't turn your ad on/off constantly
If you turn your ad off after the first day and then turn it back on, the system may consider it a new campaign and have to learn from scratch, leading to increased costs.

Instead of turning it off/on, gradually reduce your budget if you see high prices to maintain stable performance

one day is not enough to fully evaluate the campaign, allocate the budget and test different creatives for at least 3 days

Every day, advertising is delivered to a different audience. Today it is expensive, tomorrow it is normal, but to optimize costs, you need to consider the following: first about advertising budget, second about advertising content and images, third about detailed targeting

I have advised my friends on tips for optimal advertising, they have done quite well:
1. Split campaigns with different audiences.
2. Set appropriate budget
3. Don't turn ads on/off too many times, it will cause instability
4. Adjust the content to be more creative.

You can try it and let me know the result.

This could be due to competition, frequency, or budget optimization algorithms. Try splitting your budget across multiple days, testing your target audience, and avoiding too many changes to help your learning algorithm stabilize.

Let your ads run for at least 3-5 days to optimize properly. Use “Lowest Cost with Bid Cap” to control spending. Scale budgets gradually (20-30% per day) to avoid performance drops.

Enable CBO to let Facebook distribute your budget across ad sets based on performance

You need to constantly refresh your campaign, experiment with different formats. The second thing is don't turn ads on and off constantly, it will get messy.

To accurately evaluate an advertising campaign, one day is not enough. The advertising system needs time to learn and optimize, usually 3-5 days. Therefore, run the ad for at least 3-5 days and ensure that the budget is sufficient for the ad to be distributed regularly. At the same time, it is necessary to monitor the ad performance regularly to make timely adjustments, ensuring the campaign achieves the best results.

This may be due to the algorithm adjusting after evaluating the initial data. Try spreading your budget more evenly, avoiding sudden changes, and optimizing your targeting to keep your CPM stable.

New accounts usually spend slower on the first day than the next day.

You create many different campaigns. To see which campaign is cheap, increase the budget. Which campaign is expensive, turn it off. Rotate and allocate the appropriate budget. That way, your ads will always run without interruption. Rather than just setting up 1 campaign.
