Hello guys.

I’m in great phisical shape with a lot of fitness, calisthenics and nutrition experience. I will be starting my coaching journey online. What are the best platforms to gain new customers?

I will upload training videos, diet plans and 24/7 telegram support for only 15$.
How to increase testosterone levels naturally. Etc..

Anyone have experience in this field?

Greetings

you should totally start a YouTube for this. you never know how fast you can grow. plus you can monetize as your gaining new customers. win/win. YouTube & Instagram is your possible 7 figures in the best case scenario.

Social media, Instagram specifically is a great way to showcase yourself.

There's no "best". Do what you like. I know people who have built decent online training businesses through FB, others IG, others Youtube. Pick one. Stick with it until you become incredible.

I couldn't do it when I tried. It wasn't for me.

Been in online coaching for more than 10 years. Took me some years to really kick start the online thing,. Pretty competitive market (and I coach everyone from Olympic athletes to amateurs (been coaching for 20 years offline). you need to really fine tune your niche. Start getting clients offline first and build your reputation. It will start to grow naturally online pretty quickly then, offer Skype meetings once a week and over deliver to that of you competitors (cheap price to begin with), grow your reputation first and then start to increase prices.

As @sporty said above.

You need to get your name out to build it up and get a reputation before you can start getting money in, more so in coaching there is a ton of it on youtube. Id start there and build a name up.

Start by then offering patron, get people to pay for different routines / pro tips you dont just give out etc. Upsell with private diet plans etc.

Id also focus on trying to connect it with off-line. It's hard but it only takes a couple of clients and you can build you name up and get a reputation up. I also done coaching but offline and in a different field (martial arts - full contact & non-compliant self defence) once you get your name in place and a reputation people and bodies (gov, sport associations, celebrities etc) come to you.

Facebook and Youtube are the best platforms to contact the new customers

There are so many online coaches everyone and their mother are doing it.
Online i feel like its about celebrity appeal and/or personal brand, ie growing an IG fitness page or so.

A lot of money is made by some forums, if you can work to grow a forum, you have a big pool of people to sell to. Im on a few from time to time and there are always one or two guys who coach all the members, get referrals, and of course, sell gear (lots of money in that too of course).

i would avoid IG, too many fitness people on there. Try to use platforms where it isn't crowded with people in the same niche
