probably this is one of his project using one method than mass use it. like 100 website ike this. and what we see is the best result. next he sell the method as e book. i know people living like this. they have no the patience for true white hat. and changing black hat site like that to white hat is still risky.

why rank with link counted black hat? in my books if you get it from guest posting, promoting it on social media, manually and in certain range not spamming. it's white hat

Well, If I do only 1 backlink, even from Guest Post, with the intention of ranking (no natural way), it's BlackHat.

When this thread was opened, the site was offline.

Maybe it was overloaded and the owner forgot to check... who knows
