Start with dumbbells. Don't touch barbell first month.I am also wondering about starting gym next month, can you provide me some guide lines for it?
Maybe we should lock "the lounge" section and just do what then?Maybe you should spend less time writing endlessly about going to the gym and prioritize your life better?
Bro I worked as a nurse for a while…. Saw a lot of bodybuilders and the dietician give them shit…. 1gram/kg of body fat is maintenance. 2g/kg is build. Long term your affecting your kidney function. Too much protein plus all the water in sure your drinking. Not too mention they are usually all ok pre workout or protein supplements tooI make sure to eat 3800 calories everyday. On some days when I feel like I don't have enough calories I up the count to 5000 - 7000.
That doesn't make me feel like I can't get up off my bed.
Split workout to many parts.
Once you do routine everyday, your body will get used to it.
Just do lighter workouts to do it all the time.
For optimal regeneration use isotonics, supplements, vitamins, 2.5g protein per kg, 50% carbs, lots of fats.
To get less tired I use more muscles during training - I engage everything including my neck and of course shoulders during bench press.
If you don't use shoulders in bench press, it's like riding a 2-wheel car.
I don't add weight to bar in typical increments like 1.25 kg - 2.5kg or something. I add 5 kg (2.5kg on side) or keep the same weight.
Plenty of black hat already. This thread has been intoxicated with black hat ideas.

It's a joke to be honest with 3g of protein / kg, even 2.5g is useless for amateurs like me. Stick to 1.5 - 2g depending on how you feel.Bro I worked as a nurse for a while…. lolStart with dumbbells. Don't touch barbell first month.
Do bodyweight exercises like pushups (up to 300 per day) and squats (up to 300 per day).
Then approach kettlebells.
And learn how to do it properly by reading guides and watching videos.
Don't focus on cardio - it's absolutely useless when you start gym.'
Swing your hands in random directions when you enter the gym, do jumping jacks to warm up etc.
Maybe we should lock "the lounge" section and just do what then?
I'm not such a beast to not communicate with anyone and keep all the SECRET info to myself.
I'm past that stage.
I saw someone proposed to write me an e-book instead of doing this. But it's pointless as I already have access to 10000s of ebooks, so...
They are worthless on their own. What matters is audience and solving their unique problems.
You can't work 16 hours a day all the time. What life is that? In 20 years of such lifestyle you'd look worse than 80 year old and not make it past your 50s.

I have to drink 5 liters of water a day. Damn.
My kidneys are gonna be dead.
Maybe pushups are enough and planks for abs.I'm a new gymmie. I would appreciate if any advice will be given on abs workout.
I can do clean jerk off once I get 250 lbs body weight.Well yeah. That’s Arnold Schwarzenegger…..
Btw. Pics or gtfo. I want to see a 250lbs clean bench rep
Same shit as weightlifting, just more reps. What numbers are you pushing on dl, bench, squat @reaaski?
What a fuck.Same shit as weightlifting, just more reps.
I do for volume as in business what matters is the total number and well-being, not immediate strength.
So what that I do 300 kg 1 rep if that's equal to $300 one time. I want 150 kg 12 times which gives me almost 2 tons which is similar to $2000.
translating training into business and business into training
With volume approach you can do 20 tons on day one.
I can do bicep curls and for me it has the same benefit as deadlifts, just less pronounced as less muscles are engaged. For me all that matters is nervous system activation.
That way I can focus harder on work.

Yeah. After each break always start with an empty barbell and dumbbells, and that's all gonna be weightless in 2 months.I am sorry to say that I haven't been to the gym for many years.
I really have let myself go.
I also had a lot of home gym equipment from when I used to train, but some mf'er broke into my storage and stole everything.
Really need to sort myself out.
