Try deadlift at 90% of maximum potential. Just don't break your back and learn it first haha.

It takes months to learn and you'll probably still suck but it's crazy.

This is not recommended though if you don't want to experience hardcore effects / soreness and all kinds of stuff that results from such intensity.

Lifting such weights changes you as a person. Limits are broken.

I used to deadlift 110 Kg. Bench Press 80 KG. Triceps Push down - 60 KG.

I stopped because A friend of mine who is a trainer suggested me not to lift heavy and work on the movement during exercises more.

What pushes me is how light i feel because of the daily workout.

I can move my body better than others that is what pushes me to workout daily. Lifting heavy isn't my cup of tea because of me afraid of Injury.

Rather have business than weight on a meaningless barbell. :D

I do it for that feeling too. Otherwise I would have to resort to other stuff that wouldn't be beneficial at all.

Is not like a blackhat method but because I always train alone I do short training sessions with almost no rest and intense rutines, for example if I train shoulders today, I will start the training with the max weight I can lift and complete serie of 12 four times and go back and for between two exercises no resting once both are complete I rest a little bit and start alternating between other two exercises none stoping and when I can't complete the serie with the current weight I start alternating weights to complete it, so I make sure to always do properly the exercise and don't hurt me trying to lift something my body can't handle anymore, because there is little rest muscle get tired quickly and believe lose body fat quickly and get stronger really quickly, when I can't any more I call the day and then is time to walk 3km and go home.

Training every day definitely gives that unstoppable feeling. For me, progressive overload with rest days works best, and I focus a lot on nutrition and sleep for recovery. How are you handling recovery with frequent heavy lifts?
