I do shoulders + chest every 48 hours; squat + deadlift + rowing every 48 hours. Meaning i train every 24 hours, which is everyday.

It might not be optimal for recovery, but you get godlike feeling - that's like being high on coke.

It took me years to get to this point when I understand that workout has to be everyday.

It's so personal thing you have to find your own path and optimal plan. Your muscles are different than those of other people.

What black hat cheats for gym do you have?

I don't know what it's due to, but after 12 hours of sitting or working I feel like I'm recovering by doing these exercises at the gym. Without it, I just have a worse evening.

Maybe it's some super workaholic's routine. He has to undertake the same set of activities every day.

There's something special in life where you act like you're in the military. The discipline... the feedback of body. That's amazing.

I had a book that I struggled to read due to depression a year ago called something like "Navy tactics in business". It was "Extreme Ownership". So not exactly what I need, but the message is kinda clear. Extreme.
You can workout at home instead of GYM . That's already black hat cheat lmao
Or my gym is 7 minutes walk. I have broken shower at home, so I take a shower at gym. Less spendings on water.

alr not bad, atleast you got a comfy shower and discipline. How long did you work out?

Not enough. It's wise to brag about how much you work out once you have 15+ years under your belt.

I have 10 years of life struggle under my belt though. So it's quite an advantage to myself before all that struggle.

Every 48 hours? Hahaha, I do all these every 48 seconds!
It's like RIP Rich Piana who did "Crazy 16 Protein Shakes Routine while having a 8hrs Arm Marathon".

I take 48 seconds pause between sets sometimes. Sometimes 90 seconds. Depends on fatigue.

I can do whole training (3 exercises) in super-set. So in 15 minutes I have whole training session done. Generally I try to spread it over 40 - 50 minutes to keep longer rest periods but not always.

I always see guys doing bench press for 30 minutes. In that time I'm done and black hattin' on em. That extra time I dedicate to keeping my mouth fresh and writing extra BHW posts.

Once they do 2nd exercise, I already start sprinting around the gym with my bodyweight on farmer's walk which is 4th - last exercise.

People are like "wtf is he doing" but I'm like "damn, that's controversial". And that motivates me and I sprint with weights like a strongman even faster.

A nice trick is to wear breathable gloves that I also use at work due to picking sharp items a lot. They help you have comfortable hands and so you can lift a lot more comfortably which makes it easier to keep it everyday.

I'll add extra progression in training. 1 set medium weight, 2nd set little bit harder, 3rd set hardest but still able to make 6 reps. Maybe something like 70% - 75% - 80% 1RM max.

Last time I did pendley's row a dude operating at gym came and told me to change place as I'm crushing roof underneath in a store.

Then I sat on a wooden box. He came up to me with a ball to sit on, threw it violently at my face and said "OHH KURWAA, SORRY" smiling like he did that on purpose.

I looked at myself naked on the mirror the other day...

...my butt is gone :( It's as flat as an aspirin pill.

I need to start working out again, and stop spending so much time sitting down.

I remember being complimented on my butt by a chick once ... but it's gone now. :(

Be sure to include some squats and lunges in your workouts.

Workout is my sweet revenge. There's too much

  1. wrath
  2. ire
  3. temper
  4. displeasure
  5. dander
  6. irritation
  7. exasperation
  8. bate

In me. I have to release it everyday. The energy's got stuck.

Be sure to include some squats and lunges in your workouts.

Back squat is dangerous so keep the weight low if you don't feel sure about what you're doing.

Deadlift is a lot harder to fck up if you move your whole body. And the satisfaction would be crazy compared to squat for me.

Deadlift is similar to rowing which is great to get better at bench press.

i only can work out for 1 days because i'll be lame in the next day

I make sure to eat 3800 calories everyday. On some days when I feel like I don't have enough calories I up the count to 5000 - 7000.

That doesn't make me feel like I can't get up off my bed.

Split workout to many parts.

Once you do routine everyday, your body will get used to it.

Just do lighter workouts to do it all the time.

For optimal regeneration use isotonics, supplements, vitamins, 2.5g protein per kg, 50% carbs, lots of fats.

To get less tired I use more muscles during training - I engage everything including my neck and of course shoulders during bench press.

If you don't use shoulders in bench press, it's like riding a 2-wheel car.

I don't add weight to bar in typical increments like 1.25 kg - 2.5kg or something. I add 5 kg (2.5kg on side) or keep the same weight.

Plenty of black hat already. This thread has been intoxicated with black hat ideas.

No workout! That's so hard!

Maybe you should spend less time writing endlessly about going to the gym and prioritize your life better?

I do 3 per week and sometimes I pushing myself to go not because I don't like working out but because I love my work more than the gym
so can't do that every day
