i'm using 5 accs for each niche. and im getting 5-10 clicks per day only
yea but i still need to follow people to be followed back, but i don't get many clicks too

5 accounts r very less and may be ur niche is not very good, increase the number of accounts and change niche
should i have different niches for different accs?
how much accs i need to get decent clicks?

Do you get 5-10 clicks or impression per day? Because it is big difference, impression count amount of website entries, click count amount of offer entries. So if you are getting 5-10 offer entries it is decent for 5 account follow/unfollow method and it depends on landing page also.
