There is no best, its up to you. If you have constant traffic its your to do A/B testing.
I mean not in a single moment i favoured a network,

Run A/B Testing on few networks, see which one converts best for you. You will be amazed by the results.

By reading all these replies I've decided to start my journey with CPABuild first as I'm already accepted there.
Once I get enough traffic then I will do A/B testing as a member suggested here.
I have another queries if you'd like to answer please.
1) Shall I go for direct traffic from Youtube or Facebook Ads(using link cloacking) or do SEO and wait for weeks to start showing some results?
2) I've Siteground hosting will they allow blackhat niche CPA or ban my account?
3) Shall I deploy content locker on my domain or let work as default by redirecting on one of the mirror domains of network?

1. Start doing seo + youtube/facebook ads. SEO is long term investment and its pretty cheap if done right, plus you have to wait at least 4-6 months to see good results.
2. I never had issues with any hosting. Once my website was taken down cuz i had XBOX voucher there, it was automated takedown.

you will see. however,seems ogads converts very well with cpi offers,i see there very high convert rates like over 50% sometimes. but cpi payouts are shit,that's true. when it comes to email submits,it's an usual mainstream network,goes around 10-15% global. i do not recommend anybody to promote cpagrip stuff,because when you login there you can actually see those shit converts and how much their publishers made that day. it's not worth it at all,they are the worst network right now. ogads seems better then all of them,but one big problem there is the limitation to locker's interface. direct links would be much better and conversions would be much higher. people don't like to see a bunch of crap at one place,so they just see the locker and leave mostly.

In my opinion you can and should use thrive content builder or anything else that does the same (I've never looked)get a friend and make him download 5-6 apps.
You can use one page and then enter the editor and create 3 separate versions one for desktop, one for tablet and one for mobile.
It's just a matter of switching view mode to the device and changing a bit around.
Have all mobile and tablet traffic go to ogads and desktop to say cpabuild or whoever else you are with.
@FatBee is absolutely right you really should be A/B split testing. Again you can use a thrive plugin.
Get thrive optimize and create two identical pages but ogads on one and cpabuild on the other and set the traffic to 50/50 to see which network converts better.
You really will be amazed at what you find, some networks are massively different when you actually test.
Once you find the network which works best for you, start split testing again but this time change the page elements.
Something simple like changing a download button from blue to green and the text from "Download" to "Download Now" can give you an extra 2% conversion.
Then try split testing the headline or wording or image until you squeez as much as you can out of your visitors.
Save that page as a template and use it for every new niche post you make.
But always be testing though especially in the beginning.

That was all. No questions about traffic sources, sites, accounts anything.
And then I received an email that I was declined.
I mean lol wtf If you ask me, they probably have some psychic skills and they are able to decide whether you have thousands of daily US visitors or not, just by looking at your name and your geo location.

Look at you idiots, you don't even know what the networks are for and you want to go make money on them. OGads is a more mobile centered CPA network while CPAgrip isn't. Obviously you're gonna get paid lesser for app installs than for email/pin submits. Terrible conversion rates? Maybe stop sending terrible and untargeted traffic to your lockers. Disable offers that don't convert well, improve your locker design and watch your earnings instantly go up.As i said in like 10 posts in the past year. Runaway from OGAds. Terrible conversion rates and terrible payout per offer.
Anything.. CPABuild, CPAGrip. But avoid OGAds, its just hurting your pocket and wasting your traffic.

To everyone in this thread wondering about networks, don't take advice from any of these idiots you see above, they don't know what they're talking about. They'll complain all day rather than optimize their funnels.

Organic traffic has better CR throughout and yet you complained about bad CR and payouts on OGads, guess who's the retard here? If you don't know how to make money off of your own traffic then don't blame the network and also certainly don't throw in your opinions in threads like these like they're facts. Fix your shit.

i have split tested all networks.
Nothing will beat the cvr and epc from a mobile device than ogads on all organic traffic mostly USA.
Ive ran desktop traffic for cpabuild, ogads, cpalead, adworkmedia and CPABUILD came out on top $$$ wise, but were shaving clicks to inflate epc and cvr (go test yourself).
