Hi guys! Ive been doing OFM since december 2023. Biggest agency in czech for the last 4 months. Expanding into US market but having problems with client acquisition. I have my own management IG profile where I show what I do, results, my face, everything, was doing manual dms on the account but so far not a big results. I wanted to try reaching out to girls on reddit in the onlyfansadvice subreddit but got suspended immediately. I have also strong contacts for bigger agencies trying to make a deal about referral with them. they recommend me model for 10% referral for the first 6 months but also not a big results. For the US I m currently having 2 models but both are so shit. I m mainly focused on organic marketing I work with influencers. And one of the models are argentina model we have 80% from the earnings so I was thinking abt doing blackhat with her and its completely new to me.

For USA the best SM is Snapchat, no clue. People use to run in adspower with Cupidbot funneling. Your issue is probably positioning and lead quality, not outreach volume. US creators respond better to authority content, case studies, referrals, and short-form video than cold DMs. Focus on TikTok/IG reels, creator networking, and building a strong onboarding system. Avoid blackhat — short-term gains usually kill accounts and reputation.
I was running snapchat as well for my us models but posting 40 stories a day is kinda boring tbh I eed more quality creators from the US.
I have argentina creator and I think blackhat marketing would be the best for her. She is too dumb and lazy for organic. and I m running IG reels on my mngmt profile. I cannot run tiktok since I m not in the US. When I post tiktoks I m targetting the country im currently in

if your focus is blackhat, IG is the way atm, you won't be able to BH tiktok. Bumping the fact of checking my GCs, they're focused into blackhat marketing for OFM.

Snap is king for USA in CR. The problem is none is able to manage the security for blackhatting snap, that's a whole different point.

You will probably get better long-term results by improving your positioning and filtering for higher-quality models instead of trying risky methods with weak ones.

I went through very similar problems years ago.
At the beginning I was trying to directly reach models too. Cold DMs, manual outreach, Instagram, different methods… but the reality is most girls that already “look successful” simply don’t need you. They already get spammed by agencies every single day.
That was the biggest mistake I was making.
What changed everything for me was building a website specifically for models looking for OnlyFans promo. I optimized it directly for OnlyFans promotion related keywords and suddenly models started finding me instead of me chasing them.
That completely changed the game because now I was attracting girls that actually needed traffic and promotion.
Another thing is promotion itself.
Almost none of the models understood traffic generation. Every time I mentioned tube sites, they instantly thought “spam”. But honestly this was one of the strongest methods I ever used for generating money for models.
I don’t know what type of girls you work with, but I was mainly working with adult creators, so my whole marketing strategy was built around that niche.
The tube traffic methods worked insanely well for me. Some models literally asked me to stop promoting them because they couldn’t handle the volume anymore.
What I basically built was a digital OnlyFans agency ecosystem:

Honestly if your organic system already works, I wouldn’t rush into blackhat. Most US models care more about stable traffic + good management than crazy promises. Your biggest issue sounds more like acquisition positioning. IG DMs are oversaturated now. Try building authority through case studies, TikTok clips, Twitter/X networking and referrals from photographers/editors instead. Also US girls usually respond better to personal branding than “agency” branding.
I m trying to focus on that and having constant inbound leads but its harder then I ve expected and doesnt work without ig dms
