Hey
I've been using custom Google Sheets as the CRM system for my OF studio management, also working on Chaturbate and LJ (5 accounts), but as far as we started growing in number (up to 20 accounts currently), i've found out that Google Sheets are no longer enough for our needs.
Can anyone suggest a service, which will provide you with a better functionality then G.Sheets for a reasonable price?

Sheets worked for me until I started syncing multiple chatter shifts, then everything broke lol.
 
Yeah, actually that's the main problem which i've faced, cause in the last few months we've employed additional performers from Latin America and Asia, and now it's too hard to handle shifts of our European performers with the shifts of Latin&Asian girls, and just to avoid creating additional sheets for each area, i thought that maybe there is a more convenient way how to have that all in one place XD

Yeah, once you start managing shifts across different time zones, Sheets just can’t keep up.
You could try Airtable or Notion as both are way more flexible for multi-account tracking and team access.
If you want something more advanced, check out GoHighLevel or Hubspot (they’ve got automation + chat tracking).
Depends on your budget but even Airtable templates can do wonders compared to juggling 10 tabs in Sheets.

You could try HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or Monday.com. They’re all good upgrades from Google Sheets and offer automation, tagging, and easy account management.
