You clearly don't have an understanding of SEO yet so buying anything at this point isn't going to help.

@davids355) are great. Just keep reading and work on improving your knowledge on the matter first before you spend any of your money. You can't just buy a few packages and expect to rank. SEO isn't that simple.
You need to treat SEO like you do with a topic or subject during college. Start from the basics and work your way up until you're confident to start spending money. I'm always surprised when I see members with 0 experience with SEO buying a couple packages and expecting to magically get results.
Another thing to note is the SEO industry is becoming more polluted, in the sense that there are now far too many inexperienced SEO's selling their services purely to makes some quick cash. It's a highly competitive industry but the truth is the majority of the SEO's in the industry only have basic - mediocre understanding of the subject itself. This makes it harder to find the legit SEO's from the mix. This brings me back to my first point - don't buy anything until you know exactly what you're buying and how things work.
