What are you asking? Why your site doesn’t rank, or why you have no page rank?
If page rank then it is because it is no longer updated.
If asking why your site doesn’t rank then according to that you have 2 referring domains. So next to no links.

What do you mean, how is it possible?
Your site is only 2 months old. You probably don’t have enough traffic or search visibility to have a rank for those metrics yet.

You need to optimize your website first to make it SEO friendly. Then start with link building activities to build the authority of the website. Slowly and gradually, the metrics you have showcased above will start seeing improvement and then your site might appear at a good position on SERPs.

Thanks for the advice guys but actually i am bit confused in seo i don't know much about it there are alot services in fiverr & here but i am confused what to buy excatly because i know some sellers they provide bad backlinks etc. So i am not sure they gonna work or not because i am not a seo expert some say link building some say get backlinks & some say increase your DA but what to do exactly i i buy everything that will cost me alot

Don't buy anything. I repeat, don't buy anything.
You clearly don't have an understanding of SEO yet so buying anything at this point isn't going to help.
Read the threads on here and get a better understanding of what SEO is and how it works.
Threads like https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/seo-guide-for-2017-building-and-ranking-sites.959735/ (@davids355) are great. Just keep reading and work on improving your knowledge on the matter first before you spend any of your money. You can't just buy a few packages and expect to rank. SEO isn't that simple.
You need to treat SEO like you do with a topic or subject during college. Start from the basics and work your way up until you're confident to start spending money. I'm always surprised when I see members with 0 experience with SEO buying a couple packages and expecting to magically get results.
Another thing to note is the SEO industry is becoming more polluted, in the sense that there are now far too many inexperienced SEO's selling their services purely to makes some quick cash. It's a highly competitive industry but the truth is the majority of the SEO's in the industry only have basic - mediocre understanding of the subject itself. This makes it harder to find the legit SEO's from the mix. This brings me back to my first point - don't buy anything until you know exactly what you're buying and how things work.

Let me give you the best advice you will ever get, don't buy anything. You don't understand what your buying/ doing and you could lose a lot of money with your level of knowledge.
