Njalla Domains deactivated

Hello, 6 months ago I moved few domains to Njalla due to competitior sending fake dmca's to my old registrar. I thought Njalla would take care of fake dmca but to my surprise today all my domains has been down without any notice or reason from Njalla. I contacted the support team but haven't got any reply from them. The domains were very precious to me since it's my only source of income. I am not doing anything illegal. The sites were providing open source apps from github for gaming.

Is there anyone got back their domain from Njalla or it's a bye bye to me? I have to recreate the site again with lots of seo work. I am really tensed about it.

Never use njala garbage company, many instances of users here have posted about them.

I've read somewhere they have been seized and no longer a safehaven. I've heard nothing but complaints about them.

What other domain service is good for long-term dmca-ignoring?

Would not recommend using them at all. Countless threads here where there are reports that domains were stolen. Happened to me too. Lost a bunch of domains because of them.

Thanks for this thread. I was about to get a domain on njalla and accidentally found this thread. I hope you solve your issues with your domains soon.

Njal is terrible. They will take your domains and not give it back to you. Sometimes they will let you transfer it out though.

- Update -
After so many messages, begging and crying finally njal.la replied. This is what they said "I have unblocked all three domains. You have 48 hours to move away from Njalla. After that, we will suspend them permanently."

I immediately transfered my domains to namecheap. Now all sites are running fine. Well this one was a scary experience. I will never choose njal.la to host my domains.

You were very lucky that they even replied. Most of us were ignored completely or have gotten a sassy answer lol.

whatever you do never use these scumbags njalla

they stole my domain and even when i gave them documents of proof of what they wanted they still haven't returned our domains. Absoulte scumbag of a company

They reply like children, i think the guy who runs it is a big baby who cant reply with a paragraph, all replies are one word.
