News scraping and auto publishing tool

Hello there guys. I am thinking about creating 10+ news websites, scraping and spinning the content from other news websites. With which tool i can do this?

Forgot to write i also need a spinner to spin the news, and thank you for the answer. Searching right now :)

With spinner, i have to manually gather the news, spin and post. I am looking for a more automated tool where maybe i won't even have to check :)
 
probably you need to code a custom solution if you want spinning added.
