Newbie needs help (CPA-Youtube)

I am starting my new CPA + YouTube journey.

What have I done till now:

1) Bought VPS and installed ISPConfig (Free CPanel Alternative)
2) Setup 3 websites with landing page. (with lets encrypt SSL)
3) Bought a proxy
4) Created a youtube channel and bought another one aged channel from 2008
5) Created 3 videos, (2 on new channel and 1 on aged one)

One of the video uploaded to new channel ranked for just 1 keyword at 7th position and another one didn't rank at all.

Video uploaded to aged channel ranked for 7 keywords at 3rd position for all.

What I need help with:

1) I am using dripfeedpanel currently but its YouTube comment service is not working. So I want to know which panel is best for YouTube services and with working custom comment service.

2) I am using CPABuild but I don't know if I should customize anything with the locker. I am currently using one of the default locker. Does it show best offers or I should manually choose which offers to show?
