Hello I have a website with just iframe and tittle just as a demo but I am wondering shall I make a new page / post with text and images on it or shall I just edit the iframe with text and image . Which is better for seo ?

No one is better for SEO. You should create a new page from scratch, you will have a better overview of what you put inside.
