You have to work hard and keep patience and try to build quality backlink that' enough for now

Sandbox period could be last from 2 to 6 months. first you have to keep patience and try to update your old content with proper on-page and off-page Seo.
 
there is no fastest way to rank and get a lot of traffic immediately if you use the SEO way, more over if your domain is a fresh domain

Imo wait atleast 6 months, while continuing adding more quality content, improve your off-page, on-page, and optimize your site speed
