New IG account or aged account?

So I am planning on helping a friend of mine grow her IG. She has an aged account that is about 5 years old with around 4k followers at the moment. It's her personal account and is private.

She is a personal trainer and professional athlete in her small country but she wants to grow her following and to be able to monetize off it later with products and a blog/website.

My question is should she make a new account themed with her niche or should she just use her personal account and grow it from there. I'll be helping her by setting up her account through massplanner since I'm starting an IG journey of my own as well.

I am new to this so I just don't want her personal account to be banned. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

grow with the old accounts only, a five year account is golden if you know what you are doing

Thank you I will look into getting the right settings for MP for her account so that it starts slow.

Always use old account. Or if you must, just open a few sub accounts and feed traffic to hers later.

With a 5 year accounts with 4k sub, you will be able to do many likes, follow without getting banned.
Start a little bit slow but you'll be able to ramp up quickly.

You can change her username without problem so it corresponds to her niche too and delete pictures if she put too many personal pictures instead of niche related

Age your own account for 3 months. 3 months is a good guideline for me.

Also, would you guys say that 50 followers a day would be a good way to start off with in MP?
