NEW Adwords Account after lifetime BAN - NEED HELP

Try buying a new one from a trusted seller and forget the hassle to do one yourself.
- new site (that has never been used with a banned account)
- new business name
- new credit card in a different address and name
- I would even rework the campaign structure a bit /change campaign/ad group names

Is it really that difficult to get back on? I mean, I've never been banned, but as stated earlier, isn't as easy as:
New IP
New Business Name
New Domain
New Campaign Structure
New Address
New Credit Card
New Layout (don't re-use stuff if you're really that concerned)
Why not consider just having an adwords account management company set your account up? Just tell them you want them to import your stuff...

Account comes with VPS. You can attach any card you want to it
