yesterday 1 person was giving a free wordpress theme here but now i cant find can any one please give me if any one here givign free wordpress themes Thanks

google premium themes, you should be able to find most of what you want. I saw a few threads on here with tons of links to premium themes
 
check the theme/template section on this forum, there's a lot of premium themes you can download for free. don't forget to scan the downloaded file using virustotal.
 
I would not recommend anyone to take free premium theme, you better buy if you had the money, if not then to start and take up some of the free but legal.
 
Sign up for sites like mythemeshop, they provide new premium themes for a price like 9$, or have a look around with sites like themeforest. It may look like you save money, however in the long run you want a well supported theme.
 
Sorry meant to say: sign up for newsletters on sites like mythemeshop to get the info when the new themes come out. Most of those sites also run promotions once in a while to start with a dollar for a short amount of time etc.
 
If you're looking for it to use on your PBN blogs, then you can go with pirated version. But if you're looking it for your money site then I'd highly recommend you to buy it.
As, you'll get premium support and updates as well. And also you will not have to worry about malicious codes that you can see many people are reporting their wp sites has been hacked due to use of pirated themes.

I agree with Bretonel. Try themeforest but you have to pay for the best themes
