Need urgent help in Ganzo theme customization

I have customized a wp ganzo theme, and added a page with name "Home" for modules..
And setted it as a static homepage.
Now he title looks like:
Any Title |
A additional "|" is appearing. I have installed Ultimate SEO plugin, but its not due to that, i have checked by deactivating. After that, I hv makes some changes in title of page through SEO plugin.. And problem solved.
Now my doubt is, why on customizing "|" rises ???
and is it fine to make changes in title of the page through seo plugin, means its the main home page. It can make some effects in listing of my page in search engines ??
Now when i use to share my site link on facebook, it is fetching "Home" as title and a features post info and picture

You could try shutting off the sitewide title in your theme settings and then only use the SEO plugin's title settings for specific posts. I'm not familiar with the theme you are using but typically if you turn off title settings in a theme's default settings when using an SEO plugin, that works.
