need to restore a reel deleted by instagram, possible?

Reel deleted for violation of “sexual solicitation”, however im 100% sure, and can prove, the video is completely within guidelines, and doesnt violate anything. Already appealed through app, but it got denied in few minutes…. Meta verified support is completely worthless. Any help getting it back? In the past meta support was able to restore my deleted video.

Are you talking about reposting the reels
Or you want it restored by FB
I believe you should have a backup for this, as FB will likely not restore that post

Double-check your video against Meta’s guidelines to ensure nothing could be misinterpreted. Submit a detailed, factual appeal explaining why it complies, including any context or evidence. If you have a Creator or Business account, contact Creator/Business Support for a human review. Avoid re-uploading until it’s resolved, and keep all records of appeals and communications.
 
Unless you can appeal it - there is no other way. Avoid posting it again as you will get account strike which might take down your account.
 
You can appeal it but in case it gets denied, the account could get a larger restriction. That being said, remove the post and post SFW and that should be fine.
 
If you can’t appeal it, there’s nothing else you can do. Posting it again will likely trigger a strike and risk losing your account.
 
Auto flags happen and quick denials are normal. Appeal multiple times, go through verified support, and clearly show why it follows the rules sometimes waiting a day before trying again actually helps.

Metas auto review can be brutal. I’ve found that calmly resubmitting with clear evidence and giving it a little time between attempts usually gets better results than hammering appeals nonstop.
 
Sometimes documenting the context clearly and contacting support through a business or creator account channel can increase your chances of getting a mistaken removal reversed.
