and this is my first time posting here at my beloved forum about need help for support my second flipping site.

Looks like this is too late as it already sold for $250. Basically, there was no way that site was getting 150k of visitors per month unless it was low quality/worthless paid traffic. The site only had a PR4 because it was built on an expired domain that used to be for a Washington DC restaurant.

I *could* be wrong about the traffic, if I am then next time you auction a site, offer verified Google Analytics stats. Honestly, those are worthless to the buyer but most buyers think they're trustworthy.

The domain is probably worth $250-350 at a Godaddy auction if it's getting some traffic just based on the PR although I didn't dig into the quality of the backlink profile. Does look like there was some web 2.0 link spamming going on which aren't worth much of anything, especially when you're tagging a celebrity gossip site under "nine inch nails".
