Need Suggestion Regarding Ranking Trick

I have website with multiple pages few of them ranking very well. Many of them not in top but ranking anywhere.

I want a suggestion, One of my page ranking with 0 keyword within google i checked in aherf tool and many trank tracker its not ranking. History of page is it was developed 3 years ago from since i never made any big changes it was not having good content as well. Now from last 3 months i started creating backlinks targeting main keyword and till now i have created many backlinks 30 to 50 maximum low quality and good quality. But still none of keyword started to rank yet.

I updated content one month back and few tweeks into on page as well but no result yet.

Maybe they content i was using for years was really crap spun kind of... Do you think it can be a problem and google did not like my that page?
what should i do?
I am thinking to delete this page and create new page with new url having same content and with redrect old to new do you think google will treat better?
My english sucks so please ignore that thing...

well I think you should try to update your content and then try to make another page with the same content and try to be patient , this kind of stuff takes some time
