Need suggestion about keyword tool.

Doing keyword research on a high level requires a multiplicity of keyword tools.
That stated, taking your budget into consideration, I would strongly recommend KeySearch!

I've been using KeySearch since @dp40oz, launched and can tell you this; you can make critical SEO decisions using this tool and sleep easy at night!
IMHO, you are not going to find any other SEO tool out there, at that price that provides you with all of the features plus an intuitive GUI.

I use keyword shitter to get tons of QUESTION KWs
KS is absolutely free. You just have to let it run in the background and do its thing.
Then I feed them into SEMRUSH to figure out which ones are easier to rank for

If your going for free tool i would suggest Google Keyword Planner . It serves accurate and few basic features even with the free version.

If you are looking for free tool, I suggest Google Keyword Planner & Ubersuggest. If you are planning for a paid tool in future, try using ahrefs, kwfinder & long tail pro.

I recommend https://kwfinder.com/ - it's pretty good for finding long tail keywords and I use it in conjunction with Ahrefs (could use it on its own too though).
