Need someone to run xRumer from New York

I'm looking for someone who is very familiar with all the procedures and features of xRumer and hrefer. The qualifications are as follows:

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be able to work in-office. (Staten Island, NY)
• Experience with xRumer/Hrefer.
• Knowledgeable of white hat and black hat SEO practices.
• Must be able to work as a team with our in-office programmer/designer.

We'll pay handsomely, and might become a long-term job with guaranteed pay.
We'll provide our own copy of the software in-office.
