Need someone able to build a Magazine template for WP

Hello Everyone!

After I found torontolife.com, I started dreaming about making my estonianfreepress.com look like that one.

Thing is..torontolife does not use Wordpress while I wouldn't mind staying on WP and avoid changing CMS..

So, I wonder: is there anyone able to build a WP template so that my site could look like torontolife.com?
