Need Proxy advise fot GSA, Webscraping, Xevil

Hello, my current Tasks are Website Content Scraping(own Tool), GSA, Xevil.

Iam currently using since about 2 months stormproxies dedicated rotating proxies which works fine but iam limited to 80 Threads with 70$ per month which i think is quit high for 80 threads at least they work great only for Xevil i have abput 65% success 35% proxy ban rate.

Any advise or tips which proxys you guys use or which are cheaper, work better for my tasks?

I tested Coldproxys ipv4 residential but their smallest package is 500$ / month. Their proxys are really fast and the successrate was amazing for scraping xevil and gsa. Does anybody know a simiular good residential proxy provider but cheaper ?
