Need more traffic & exposure for Etsy listing

A few days ago I started an Etsy account, and uploaded several high quality products on my page.
I was expecting these products to get some sales, if even some views, but my stats on Etsy state otherwise. The products have been up for over 4 days, and I've gotten little or no impressions or views. Yesterday I started promoting and advertising through Etsy, and it has had no effect.

What do I need to do go get more traffic? I saw one particular thread mentioning a Pinterest bot for traffic? Would this be useful? Any help regarding gaining extra traffic to my products would be greatly appreciated. My products are of the jewelry category on Etsy.

Jewelry category on Etsy is tough . You can renew products a few days in a row .

Twitter is also a good place to promote. Just search for female accounts and ask them to "review" your products. Ask them what they think. Since you are not really selling them or asking them to buy, they might buy just because they clicked. Just an idea.
