Need IT to setup VPS Website

As the title says. Need an IT guy who knows how to setup a website on a VPS. The VPS is a Windows Server 2012. The support says it's hard, planning on swtiching to linux but i do prefer Windows since the VPS purpose isn't solely for the website. I know this is jist a few minutes simple job for IT people.

It's not a few-minute job unless you already have everything pre-installed.

It's not easy.
if you want to keep windows the best thing is to install hyper-v and set up Linux in a VM and install Cpanel on it.

I can give you a few more pointers if you want to do it yourself, or I can do it for you but it's probably 5-6 hours work.
