Need Help with my website SEO

Hi there,

I recently launched a SaaS website, and everything was going well at first. My pages were indexing properly, and I saw great impressions in Search Console. Some of my keywords were even ranking between positions 9-15.

However, over the past month, I've noticed a sudden drop in impressions. On some days, I would get around 2,000 impressions, but other days it would drop to only 25-30 impressions. My keywords also disappear from the SERPs one day they show up around positions 9-15, and the next day, they vanish entirely.

This issue has been happening for about a month, and I'm not sure what could be causing it. My pages are still being indexed, and I update my blog twice a week, which is also getting indexed.

Can anyone help me figure out what might be going on or if I might be missing something?

Thanks for suggestion I am already doing this nothing found yet this is why I am curious why I am facing this issue. this is the first time I am facing this issue in my 8 years career.

In cases like this, it might help to dig deeper into less obvious factors like recent Google core updates, changes in competitor strategies, or even subtle technical issues like crawl budget waste or JS rendering problems. You could also try checking Google Search Console’s coverage and page experience reports for any hidden issues. If everything looks clean, consider doing a temporary A/B test on affected pages to see if small changes trigger recovery.

2 things I can think of:

a) google update...

According to this, there was a google update in June, so it's possible that this update had screwed things for your site:

b) your site lacks authority (DR), which is why it's bouncing up and down the SERPs like this, I've seen this happen mostly with new / low authority sites, so I'm guessing your site is under 10 DR, in which case you need to beef it up with backlinks, and not just any type of backlinks, but quality and topically-relevant ones too.

Of course, I could be wrong in my assessment and there could be a myriad of any other things that are affecting your site, so you need to run a full site audit, both at technical level, and at SEO level to figure out what could be wrong, as it could be anything like:

- non-mobile friendly version available for your site (this one is hard to believe, but I throw it in here just as a potential path for you to look into if / when you exhaust all other options)

- bad / abused / misused anchor texts (again, highly unlikely, but just in case)
- low trust signals (no social media presence, no brand awareness / strength, no good EEAT scores, etc)
- low quality / bad AI content (although, this doesn't justify the dancing, when low quality is the problem you usually vanish from the top 20, you don't bounce up and down like that)
- internal links (lack of them that is)... this actually could be the reason, so make sure to link all of the related / relevant pages in each silo, between themselves (but without abusing them / overdoing it, of course


Anyway, if you're unsure where to start figuring out what the problem is I recommend that you start with the 2 things that I've mentioned (google update, or lack of backlinks, when sites dance like that it's quite often one of these 2 that's the culprit)

No worries—looks like your site might just be doing the good old Google Dance! (Yeah, it’s actually called that.) Especially for newer SaaS sites, Google keeps juggling your rankings to figure out where you really belong.


But just to be sure you're not missing something obvious, quickly peek at:

• Indexing check: Google site:yourdomain.com to make sure all your pages are consistently showing up.
• Duplicate keywords: Confirm you’re not competing with yourself—same keywords, different pages. Google gets confused easily!
• Simple SEO stuff: Double-check robots.txt, sitemaps, and make sure there's no accidental noindex tags hiding anywhere.
• Server vibes: Keep an eye out for downtime or slow loading. Google loves speed and reliability.
• Google penalties: Glance quickly in Search Console under "Security & Manual Actions"—just to rule out any manual slaps from Google.

Keep doing your thing, publish fresh content, snag some backlinks, and Google will chill out soon enough.

You should check sitemap index status, crawl errors, and manually check index status of top URLs. I don't find a problem here as such behaviour is normal for sites without much traffic. If you gain more authority, things could change.

I think your site might’ve been affected by a Google update or is stuck in a testing phase. It’s common for new sites to bounce around in rankings (Google dance). Keep updating with quality content, build some good backlinks, proper internal linking and make sure your site has strong E-E-A-T signals. Also, check for any technical issues in Search Console.

This looks like classic Google Dance, especially common with new or low-authority SaaS sites. Rankings and impressions fluctuate while Google tests your pages. Keep publishing quality content, improve internal linking, and focus on earning relevant backlinks. Things usually stabilize once authority improves.

snailinium, the issue here isn’t Wise or ach but your immigration and tax position. Switching payment methods won’t remove the underlying exposure if you’re resident and earning income in Italy. This is one of those cases where only a confidential talk with a commercialista or immigration lawyer can realistically reduce risk. Trying to patch it with tools usually makes things worse.
