So I have setup my own ways of sending emails currently through SMTP/use of chrome extension to act as a person filling out the information as if sending a manual email.

However, these are the constraints that I have right now and want to figure out the proper way/best way to go about to avoid these issues:

• black listing my IP
• surpassing the 100 emails per day limit through smtp or 2-300 emails sent through the extension
• falling into the spam folder

My current thought process for a solution is to buy 10-20 proxies with 10-20 created email accounts, which will allow me to have different IPs that can avoid mine from being blacklisted, also giving me 100 emails per IP x 10-20 allowing me to hit 1,000-2,000 emails per day. I am looking to send a max of about 5,000 emails per day.

I read a lot of posts from a few years ago about interspire and different email tools and people trying to sell things, which confuses me on the actual knowledge rather than hiring people to do the job for you. I prefer to set it up myself, and I think an email server setup is too much for the amount of emails I want to send.

If anyone can enlighten me with the best solution and reasons why, not just throwing the tools out there so I can understand why it makes sense to even go that route. Also, any suggestions on proxies if that is the correct solution, I want to avoid already blacklisted IPs when buying the proxies, or at least the best way to find out if they are blacklisted on purchase.

It sounds to me like you are making a lot of work for yourself and only to send a small number of emails. If 5,000 is your number try working with aweber - this will solve your deliverability issues and you can start sending right away without any setup headaches, but you must makes sure that your emails are clean or else your account will get blocked. I know affiliates who are getting very good results this way.

If you want to send content that will keep getting your IPs blacklisted then you should set up a dedicated server - and manage your IPs on rotation, so that you can replace them when they get blacklisted. But if you're only sending 5,000 emails i can't see that you would get blacklisted if you are a smart email marketer.

Dejamatt has the best info for your sending behaviour in this thread - so i suggest you bear what he says in mind when you setup and start sending. That said, you will still need a system that can do the sending. I can help you with that, I have many systems running and available depending on your sending requirements. Here is a rough outline of the spec that you would need:

Multiple offshore servers (inc main server for data and sending servers - that way if sending server goes down you don't lose any data)


Multiple IPs on rotation - all C Level with a reputation of 90-100% - with 60 IPs you can send 500k - 1 million daily

The thread is about 3 years old and things have changed a bit over the years. Spam filters have improved, and you need to know how to setup your own server if you want to do this. If you don't you'd be better off getting someone to do it for you.
