Need help with creating a buzz for musician

Hello fellow BHW'ers.

I currently do web design and marketing nothing major. I have a client that's wanting to create a buzz for his upcoming albums, and singles. His budget starting out is 1500USD.

I would like to know what would be my best as far as getting him youtube hits/twitter followers etc these need to be legitimate people. Some viral marketing....


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is what I was thinking, but I've heard so many negative things from other marketers in my little 'clique' that is really wasn't worth it and most are just bot clicks. This was a couple of years ago.... Has something changed?
