Hi,
One of my blogspot website is not indexing on Google SERP.
Already enabled "visible to search engine option"
Also sitemap in GSC showing "couldn't fetch"
Don't know why this is happening.
Can anyone here please let me know what are the necessary steps that I need to follow in order to index that to SERP (Google)

It could be a crawl issue or something blocking bots. Double check your robots.txt and meta tags. Also try submitting a specific URL in GSC’s URL Inspection tool to see if it gives more clues. Sometimes a few quality backlinks help trigger indexing too.

It looks like your Blogspot site isn’t indexing because Google can’t fetch the sitemap. Make sure the blog is visible to search engines and the robots.txt file isn’t blocking crawlers. Try resubmitting the sitemap in Search Console and use the URL Inspection Tool to request indexing. Also, check for any manual actions or errors in GSC indexing should begin in a few days if all is set.

Make sure your blog isn’t blocked by robots.txt (yourblog.blogspot.com/robots.txt) and check meta tags under Crawlers and Indexing in Blogger settings. For GSC, use /sitemap.xml or /atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500 as your sitemap. If it says "couldn’t fetch," remove and re-add it.
Also:
Use URL Inspection to request indexing.
Ensure content is unique and internal linking is good.
Build a few backlinks or social shares to help Google discover your site.

Suspicious that all free cms today have crawl issues isn't it ? Blosgspot is oudated piece of shit. You write content with AI but copy and paste not work into blogspot, because all formattings are lost. I have two fold double work with that, I need to copy and paste the AI content into google docs, there doing all the formattings then copy and paste it into my blogspot to make that work.

Piece of shit all these free cms systems today, blogspot is outdated tech. Wordpress for millions of people worldwide the first class cms, is the same shit - you can't copy and paste text into it without loosing all your text formatting.

Tools /cms who not apply my input, should be get rid of the economical market.
