Need help to pay via paypal + reloadable vcc

i want to pay via paypal and i need multiple paypal for multiple account. if i use proxy and add reloadable vcc to my paypal accounts, will i able to pay via this method without any extra paypal verification like bank or papers??? i mean i'll only load money on my vcc then i'll pay via paypal. will this method work perfectly???

proxy fee + reloadable vcc + amount load fees are high. can any1 suggest me something great??

you can't be 100% sure that paypal will not ask more verification.

I advice you to get some documents for each paypal so you can do verification & use high quality phone number

Don't add phone number for 2 steps verification otherwise paypal will ask you to use it all the time
