Need help setting up a newly bought site..

I recently bought a new site from a seller who transferred the domain to my a/c and mailed me the related files for hosting.
I need help in setting up that site. I am not sure where to transfer those files to set up the site and make it working.
The seller is asking for extra money to transfer the contents.

The file list is mentioned below, along with 1 sql file. Please help.

Folders -

cgi-bin
wp-admin
wp-content
wp-includes

files -

.htaccess
fantastico_fileslist.txt
wp-activate.php
wp-app.php
etc

You would need to upload those files and folders to your web hosting account with a web hosting company. Then you would "import" the SQL database file.

Okay, these go into the foot folder of your domain. Use an ftp client like filezilla:

cgi-bin
wp-admin
wp-content
wp-includes

files -

.htaccess

wp-app.php

The SQL file is a database which you need to import from your "MY SQL DATABSES" section.

you just need a hosting account to upload your files and import the sql
you might also require the old wordpress password in order to login

yep if you use cpanel hosting
upload all this file to the main folder for this domain , open wp-config.php and find the user, password and the DB name
create them in cpanel
after that open phpmyadmin and import tho this db the sql file
