Need Help Related to Blog

i have blog and till now within 2 years i have around 270+ posts. In recent site was starting ranking from many keywords but after google recent update my many keywords not ranking.

I am reading many post here and i found might be my keyword was over stuffing.

So i want you to suggest me as i want to update keywords placement in my old posts to make it more natural.
If i update old post is it google friendly? Or risky ? or should i avoid it?

No it is not risky. it is Google friendly You can edit the keyword stuffed content.

You can use LSI keyword instead of stuffing the keyword. If your blog is affected by recent Google core algorithm update there is no way to recover from it. All you can do is to focus on the upcoming contents to rank well in the future updates.

I've been saying this to death but the Yoast SEO plugin bug inflated my clients indexed pages from 900 to 3000+ there is a free fix available but it is well worth doing a site: /blog search on Google to check if img attachments have been indexed.
