Facebook advertising is the best way to connect with your target audience. There are different types of Facebook ads like Image ads, Video ads, Carousel ads, Slideshow ads and many more. Its depend on you that what kind of add you will post.
First, you have to log into Facebook Ads Manager, and then in the Campaigns tab section; you can create a new Facebook ad campaign. Then choose a campaign objective based on your goals for this particular ad. After that, give a name and then set your ad account with the right target audience. Then choose where you want to place the ad like the devices type, placement section and all, after completing all these things Set your budget and schedule.

Follow the FB tutorials so you understand the settings and also carefully read the Facebook ads policy...
The Facebook AI checking on accounts does block accounts on False Positives so expect an account block at some point (mine get after being online 30 minutes)...
But if you have followed the guidelines you should be fine submitting an appeal and it will be reinstated...
As to strategies, there are a few ones out there... Do NOT mix them, choose one and stick to it... Give the algorythm time to work out your ideal targets...
Also with the website design advertise and sell hosting services, this will allow you to up your ROI massively as you will obtain recurring payments, either providing the hosting yourself as a hosting reseller or through affiliate programs...

Let's say if you want to generate leads for your web design then Do Lead Ad campaign.
If you looking to generate sales on product do Catalog ads.
To drive engagement, do post boost.
Now creating campaign watching videos is one thing and optimizing it for better results is another thing.
If you are beginner, I will suggest hire Facebook ad expert or you will waste money just trying to get results.
