Need help how to target other Groups/Pages in FB ads

So I have business and I want to try FB ads if I will get more leads.

I am a looking for a way to target specific FB Groups members/FB page likers for my ads.

So my question is there any guide here or anywhere else that could help me?

I have done a little research and found this tool: https://leadenforce.com/
Exactly the tool I am looking but the problem is it's too much for me. $99/month for what I will use it for is too much.

I found another 2 tools but I am not sure if it will do what I want:

If yes, which one is advisable between this two?

and I read that you can get your FB ads account ban if you use custom audience. I'm not sure what that exactly means but does that involves using this tools?

So its basically impossible to target specific FACEBOOK GROUPS. There are a lot of them, and I'm sure a few of them are filled with your ideal customer.

What you want to do is get a 1 second video, upload dit to your facebook page, then join facebook groups with your ideal customers. Next you want to share that 1 second video post into the group, and since its 1 second, the view rate should be 100%.

Next you want to run a retargeting ad on the video targeting the people who watched it 100% and you should beable to reach anyone you want in any facebook group. It takes a bit of leg work, but is effective if done thoughtfully.

But like @TrendWatchersAlerts already stated, with a bit of leg work you can do it. There're plenty tools out there which can scrape the user ID's and emails of group members, but most of them are outdated as Facebook constantly changing there algos and security layers.

I'm still doing this, but unfortunately I can't offer you nothing here as this is against our BHW policies
