Well I know how to build websites using WordPress and decent plugins and themes, I know how to write articles (spun + my inputs = 80% original contents) , I know how to select best niche for website and select associated domain name and hosting, I know how and where to place ads on the site to get maximum benefits and conversions both for adsense and affiliates, i do little bit of SEO like renaming images, put tags and meta tags etc etc, I know little bit of backlinking (commenting, article submission, social bookmarking etc) Now here comes by major questions, after doing all activities mentioned above I never get traffic to my websites, I had two websites in past one in health niche and one one in entertainment niche both have to shutdown after 6-8 months as i was getting only 60-80 views a day compare to what i see others are getting thousands and thousands of visits.

Can someone pls guide me what can i do to drive traffic as many says using fiverr gigs which claims do be adsense safe are not good as they are automated, i tried FB pages but from them also i dont get much success, i did pinterest still no luck :( I am really frustrated on what I have done wrong or what I have not done till now. I'll really appreciate a good piece of advice to boost up my moral.

    Thanks to all in advance..

You have to build MANY COMPLETE FUNNELS.

You said you built a website(s), did article submission, comments and bookmarks. I'm sorry but that sounds like a lazy attempt at making money. Almost like you're working with no idea of WHERE your traffic is going to come from.

When I build a funnel I don't always know where my traffic is gonna come from. Like I'm building a tree. And I don't know which branch will yield the most fruit. But I know tree as a whole will yield fruit. Because I've done the keyword research, I know what I'm up against and that my competitors are either A) broke or B) stupid or C) broke and stupid.

As a marketer you need to learn how to smell blood and opportunity. But this only comes through lots of work and discipline. So when you START marketing, you start like you're trying to become a marine. You get beaten down. Get back up. Beaten down. Get back up. Eventually your instincts become so fine tuned, you've been beaten down so much that you start to get some head shots. Then you become a minister of death.

You have to do whatever you're doing much smarter, with more discipline and precision. Do keyword research. Spend weeks doing keyword research. 100 hours just on that. And don't bitch about it cause that's exactly what I did when I started.

The more keyword research you do the clearer the map will become. The more opportunity you see. Look for monetizable niches with keywords with LOW competition. THEN and ONLY THEN should you start targeting keywords. And when you do you target a swarm of them. Then you work the links. You need strong, juicy links. Pages will start moving up the SERPS and if they don't it's because >>>YOU don't know what a good backlink is. It's because >>>YOU are lazy and would prefer to take someone on their word rather than LEARN what a good backlink is. A good backlink isn't article submission, bookmarks or comments. A good backlink is ideally a niche relevant PBN link. But if you start buying PBN links considering that you don't know anything about SEO you're gonna go broke.

Why? Cause you refuse to learn SEO.

Let me put it this way. As a marketer your job is to penetrate markets and sell shit. It's not easy when you start. Some people get lucky cause they have a lot of common sense, other people slave away and create their own luck till they master the art. The other 90% do exactly what you do. They refuse to accept how much work it takes to break in to a market and make money. They refuse to learn things. They float on willful ignorance, fail, then ask vague / senseless questions about why they're not succeeding.

If you showed me, or any competent marketer your previous 2 websites they could tell you in 5 minutes what you did wrong. Which is another thing. Connecting with marketers around your skillset (over skype) and exchanging ideas / questions / answers is a great way to learn. The PROBLEM IS, I would be very hesitant about getting on skype with someone who gave up after what you described you did. When I get on skype with someone it's because it's very CLEAR they are HUNGRY to LEARN AND WORK. With you, I immediately sense you're not hungry to learn. You're doing shit without knowing what you're doing. And your attempt at work was pretty weak.

Still, considering that neither of your previous projects succeeded.... you have nothing to lose by telling us specifically what you did.

That's the best way business works. Ask specific questions you'll get specific and helpful answers. Ask vague questions fueled by selfishness or greed and you'll get long condescending rants like this or people ignoring you or trolls. Best advice I can give is tell us exactly what you did every single detail. Your only other logical choice is to read and work a whole hell of a lot more.

Thanks for your in-depth writeup and advice, the language you have use is very harsh and at some point of time i felt like stop reading it, but still i am taking it as valuable write up and piece of advice and I will definitely spend time in learning what you have said and will implement in my sites to do quality SEO and link building.

Thanks again for your valuable inputs..
