Need Google to cache Individual Pages With QueryStrings

I have a website with hundreds of books and what I want is when users search for a book name in Google (it will show the results in google for that book) but the link from the search results would take you to : http://BookFake.org/PublSearchDetail.aspx?language=English&ID=706

I have hundreds of books so would like this to be done for all...what do I need to do to get google to cache the full URL for each book?
