Need domain redirection advice

So after some researching i found out that some domain registrars allow the user to redirect a domain to any url
And i was thinking to use godaddy as they allow this thing, but there many bad reviews on internet about uow bad there hosting is but i only need to redirect the domain

So is godaddy a good option for only redirection purpose?
By the way the domain is going to be redirected to adult dating smartlink
