Need advice on choosing web hosting HostGator vs. BlueHost

Hey everybody,

I've tried searching on this forum about which web hosting is best for bhw use, mainly adult links to cam sites. I'm currently with godaddy and i have a 503 Service Unavailable msg. I called them up and he said I hit my 100 concurrent connection limit. I'm currently on the $6.99/mo deluxe plan. He said if I'm anticipating traffic, cheapest route is a virtual server for $42.99/mo.

After all the reading, it seems HostGator and BlueHost are the 2 most popular. Between those two, what do you guys recommend? I purchased a 10k visitor package and this is the cause of the 503 Service Unavail msg. Any and all suggestions welcomed, thanks in advance.

i've used hostgator for just over 2 years now and never had any problems, never tried bluehost though.

but i'd give hostgator a go.

using bluehost for my whitehat sites for over 3 years and i would never change them. for testing i am using my365host. So my recommendation is bluehost

And what is your opinion on us =)

i am using bluehost it has been good so far it is cheaper than h0stgator and gives you a free domain but they are more strict with the content i think and dont allow adult stuff but h0stgator has more hosting options.
