Hey guys,I am the owner of a big facebook Football Memes page of over 300,000 likes. I would like to give my website a much needed update.
I need a programmer to help update not only the homepage, but separate pages.
Pages I need updated/made:
9gag style page: this page will be for fans to create (with a memegenerator), upload and vote on memes
Livestreams: I want livestreams for matches like the website firstrow1
Match Highlights: A page to have match highlights like the website footyroom
News: A section to have news from all around the world
Video Chat: Need video chat like omegle
Forum: Forum where fans can disscuss different topics
Video Upload + voting: Page where fans can upload and vote on videos
Registration: Allow fans to register and have their own profiles

other few things

Start from scratch. I hired a previous freelancer through freelancerdotcom and he not only did not get the job done, but deleted all the content from my current site. Good thing he didn't get paid though
