Need a Fiat To Crypto Payment Gateway and Process

I need a payment gateway that doesn't require or only requires rarely to do KYC/KYB. I don't have any registered business, only a website. The work is a grey area, with copyright materials(we are compliant with DMCA). Chargebacks are also pretty rare, like 2 per year. So I need a method to receive fiat from users on our site and safely withdraw in crypto, to maximise anonymity. Need something that's also easier for site integration, with API. I have heard about Nowpayments.io but don't know if that's best for my case. I saw that it sometimes requires business information/company documents, so I am not sure. Please share your input and help me out.

Finding that sort of gateway is almost impossible
No KYC, receive FIAT from people and cash out in Crypto = dream. And dreams usually remain just dreams and most gateway pretending to offer that are scammers, because if they were legit they would require very established KYC process to minimize scams anyway.

How about KYB? My main concern is that I can't provide business documents. But I really need Fiat to Crypto
 
What you are attempting is not feasible. If such a process were possible, it would effectively allow you to exchange fiat currency for cryptocurrencies—and vice versa—without any regulatory oversight whatsoever.
Instead, you should pursue legitimate channels by engaging with authorized cryptocurrency payment service providers to conduct standard payment operations.
If, however, you are absolutely unable to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, your only option is to operate in a completely anonymous manner by receiving payments directly in USDT, thereby bypassing the need for any fiat currency conversion.

You may want to try now payment,
They will require a kyb but not too stringent
Some providers needs a great grand dad death certificate to get through
No kyc and kyb as said by others is actually a dream
It's a global order

I don't mind KYC if it's impossible to have fiat to crypto gateway without it

Yeah but I am stuck at KYB, it needs all the registration and other documents, I don't have a registered company

If I understand correctly, I would advise the only solution close to what you’re asking are fiat on ramp payment gateways like Ivno.
 
Nowpayments.io might be worth exploring, but definitely check their KYC policies to see if they fit your needs because that's gonna be your biggest hurdle

KYC is fine, however, their Business verification is annoying, they need all the official docs for a registered business
